These Terms are an agreement between you and aishopit ("we", "us") for the DJ Mix website and the DJ Mix app. By creating an account you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
1. Who we are

2. The service
DJ Mix is software that mixes music files on your own computer: it finds mix points, matches tempo and key, and can remove vocals with AI. You download the app from our website and log in with your account. The mixing happens on your computer; your music files are not uploaded to us.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old. You must be 18 or older to buy Premium.
- Give a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One account is for one person. You can use the app on up to 3 of your computers.
4. Your music
- You may only use music that you own or have the right to use, and only in ways the law and the music's licence allow (for example, for public performance or online publishing you may need licences from the rights holders or collecting societies).
- We do not own, check or store your music. You are responsible for the mixes you create and how you use them.
5. Plans and prices
- Free: free of charge, with the limits shown on our website.
- Premium monthly: €4.99 per month, paid through PayPal. It renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
- Premium yearly: €49.99, paid once through PayPal, for 365 days. It does not renew automatically.
- The prices shown on the website when you buy apply. If we change the monthly price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before that.
- Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see your card or bank details.
6. Cancelling
You can stop the monthly renewal at any time on your Account page or in your PayPal account. Premium stays active until the end of the month you paid for. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Premium is digital content that starts immediately. When you buy, you ask us to start Premium immediately and you confirm that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once Premium has started. This does not affect your rights if Premium does not work as described.
8. Fair use
You may not: share your account, resell or rent the service, copy, decompile or modify the app, get around its limits or plan checks, or use it for anything illegal.
9. Changes and availability
We work to keep DJ Mix running and improving, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features. If a change takes away an important Premium feature you paid for, you can ask for a refund for the remaining time.
10. Liability
We are responsible for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost data or lost profit. Keep copies of your music and mixes. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time on your Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms; if we close it without a serious breach, we will refund unused prepaid time.
12. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may go to the courts there.
