Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data DJ Mix collects, why, and your rights. The data controller is aishopit, Todor Ikonomov 6, Plovdiv,, email admin@aishopit.com.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash, never readable).
- Plan and payments: your plan, dates, amounts and PayPal reference numbers. PayPal processes the payment; we never receive your card or bank details.
- Computers using the app: computer name, system (Mac/Windows), app version and when it was last used, so we can keep the number of computers per account and log them out.
- Security data: IP address and time of logins and password-reset requests, to stop abuse.
- Emails we send you: password resets, welcome email and payment receipts.
Your music stays on your computer. The app analyses and mixes your files locally and does not upload them to us.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To provide your account, the app and your plan - performance of our contract with you.
- To keep payment and accounting records - legal obligation.
- To protect the service against abuse - our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.
Who receives data
- Our web hosting provider, which stores the website and database.
- PayPal, for payments (PayPal is responsible for the data it processes; see PayPal's privacy statement).
- Our email provider, to send emails.
Some providers may process data outside the EU. When they do, they use the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long we keep it
- Account data: until you delete your account.
- Computers: until they are logged out or the account is deleted.
- Password-reset links: they expire after 1 hour.
- Payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, also after an account is deleted.
Cookies and storage
We use only necessary cookies: one cookie keeps you logged in, and PayPal uses its own cookies on the payment page when you pay. The app saves your mix settings in your browser storage. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is needed for them.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and you can object to processing. You can download your data and delete your account yourself on the Account page, or write to admin@aishopit.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority (in Bulgaria: the Commission for Personal Data Protection, www.cpdp.bg).
Children
DJ Mix is not for children under 16.

We will post any changes on this page and tell you by email about important changes.
